Pure wisdom! I will always remember this magical concept: working with our sensations rather than against them. Feeling the moment, even when it is uncomfortable, and trying not to resist those sensations. It really helped me while sustaining the three-legged downward facing dog with one forearm on the floor, as well as the balancing bow during the class. Moreover, I think it's a gorgeous tool for life. I'm really grateful for continuing this program, and look forward to starting the next stage. Lost of love 💜🙏🥰

Hi Meghan! I am Sophie, Maria Eugenia´s daughter. I am 9 years old. I liked your video but it was a bit difficult for me to understand every English word. I made this class with my mom and she reminded me to be straight and to close my eyes. It´s my first class with your videos. When I was 5 I tried some yoga with the app Cosmic Kids Yoga. These classes were funny for kids. I would love to practice yoga with you, so please consider making special classes for kids 🙏 My mom everyday tries to practice at least some minutes with your videos. I'll keep on practicing breathing!

Thank you SO much for this class, Meghan!! I've been trying to achieve handstand for years without getting upside down too often. This L-stand exercises were great for helping me realize how much do I have to work on them if I really want to get upside down. I'll include the L-stand as a daily routine 💪 🌈 Have a beautiful day!! Absolutely yes: please, more of this classes 🙏 I've tried it last year before introducing the Yoga Habit Sculptor in my routine, and I couldn't complete it. Today, not only did I finished the class, but also could I feel the fire sparkling within while shifting fatigue into energy: definitely one of the most powerful lessons I've received.
