I LOVE this program!! I've been doing it twice/three times a week for about seven months, and I really feel the sculpting results as well as the improvement in the force of my whole body. The combination with breath and the final breathing exercises leads me to a peaceful state after 30 minutes of great effort and deep connection with my emotions. Thank you for this tutorial, Meghan! It's been really helpful to feel how my upper body grows by cinching the waist in connection with breath. I think it will also help me to be more conscious about maintaining contracted my core during different postures, something especially difficult for me. While my concentration starts to focus on breathing and the different micro adjustments of the postures, my belly starts to relax. I'll use this cinching exercise as a daily reminder!
