Did this after forearm balance 

😅 didn’t want to “unpack” .. for some reason this tapped into an inner self preservation! Unpacking felt I was giving of myself / time tand need to self preserve ... anyway that’s this mornings mindset 

another v favorite class 💙💙, playful… missed this one, was a little heavy this morning will try again next week
