Soooo good! Even on busy days, I try to give myself at least some time to tune in and dedicate time to my practice. When you asked the question at the end what the body wants to do next, I thought of cutting veggies for dinnner 😅 Cutting veggies has become some form of relaxation for me, which would definitely give me more pleasure than replying to emails right now ;)

The straight-legged step forward and back seems impossible, but I have so much fun working on it ;) Loved this practice!
