First movement practice in almost 1,5 weeks. I was down with the flu (as were my partner and two kids), so it definitely felt like a time of contraction, of standing still. Finally feeling better and mindfully starting to move again is such a gift. Extra grateful today for my ability and capacity to move, as it brings me so much joy. And to you for providing us with beautiful flows :)

This morning, my intention was to go to the gym in the afternoon for a strength session. During the day I realized that that would not serve me well and I would much rather have a 'feeling it all' practice with/from Meghan :) I am so happy I listened to my body/mind - I loved the class and the energy! Spring cleaning, yay! ;)

Second time and blown away again by this practice, which is so strong, so opening, so calming.

Second time around - I looove this class, the unconventional sequence, the poses, the message. I also feel that my side plank bow pose is becoming so much more 'confident' in that I really allow and trust my heart to shine up. Such a nice feeling!

What a great and introspective class! I think I never asked myself how I create beauty, and my first instinct was to say other people certainly create more beauty than I do. But then I reflected, and I thought of how my principles are kindness, compassion, creating community and how this can be viewed as creating beauty. So this practice certainly helped open up another perspective for myself, on myself. Thank you so much 🧡

Meghan Currie I am still waiting for the book, it takes a bit longer in Germany. I am excited to read it :)

I truly did not know how this practice would turn out, as I am still a bit sick. But it was truly magical. Such a unique way to open the heart, I enjoyed every bit of movement in this class. As a rather rational person, the focus on the heart is very inspiringvfor me. I have always enjoyed heart opening practices, but reflecting more on 'the wisdom of the heart' and when/how I rely on it, is a very good practice...

My dance did not feel very graceful today, but mostly bc I have a cold and difficulty breathing... Nevertheless, doing this practice was out of self-love, bc even when sick, my body craves some gentle movement and opening. Beautiful practice!

Such a beautiful practice. I very much enjoyed the expansion / contraction, particularly with the side plank bow! The compass metaphore definitely invites a lot of reflection and journaling :)

Beautiful practice! I loved the work towards the tree-legged bow pose - so hard, but it feels so good :)
