What has been really positive for me this month was not only to start journalling again, but also that I use the questions you provided to discuss with my partner, and thereby building deeper connection - one of my (our) major aims for 2025. With two small kids, it is not always easy to find the time as a couple; so this has been a great first start/opportunity :)

Happy new year, dear Meghan and dear community!

Second time around - I looove this flow! And I so much learned from this cue to twist the upper body to one side and the lower body to the other; so simple, so impactful!

Hi Anna, I am also in Berlin - maybe we should connect, meet for coffee, or do yoga together :)

Thank you for sharing your very personal thoughts!

For me, the past years, growth has definitely been related to raising two small humans (4 and 6 years by now). It is such a profound experience, with many ups and downs. I think I have grown a lot as a person, but I also still feel many times that I 'failed'; not in a big way, but I have moments where I think I should have acted differently, more kindly/patiently etc. So while, overall, there has been a lot of growth, it often gets lost/overlooked in daily life.

The journaling, that I have started thanks to your prompts (thank you!!!) definitely helps to reflect on what is going well, and what I would like to change. I really enjoy writing down my thoughts, and I think this will be a helpful tool for me as I continue growing in different areas of life.

Such a sweet and also insightful practice. It was sometimes hard for me to stay in the poses for longer and to really feel into them without wanting to go to the next place. Really good practice for me in this sense. And I love the quote!! Will use it for my journaling practice, which I have started thanks to you and the vow to bloom 🧡

I did this class about 5 months ago on youtube and it is this one that brought me back to practicing with you regularly. This is for sure the hardest class ever for me. Working on back-strength is one of the hardest things, but at the same time also the most rewarding. I love the water-analogy, but also that it is coupled with tree-pose, resulting in an energetic / symbolic coupling of fluidity and rootedness. Biiig 🧡 for this class :)

Hello everyone, my name is Christine, I am joining from Berlin, Germany. While I have an (almost) daily and strong asana practice, I will take this new program to re-committ to regular meditation and pranayama practice, and to start a journaling practice. That's what I know I have to make the time for... So I am excited about the next months :)

Amazing! I really needed a gentle, nourishing class today - this practice brought me back to myself and back to life :)
