I did this class about 5 months ago on youtube and it is this one that brought me back to practicing with you regularly. This is for sure the hardest class ever for me. Working on back-strength is one of the hardest things, but at the same time also the most rewarding. I love the water-analogy, but also that it is coupled with tree-pose, resulting in an energetic / symbolic coupling of fluidity and rootedness. Biiig ๐Ÿงก for this class :)ย

Hello everyone, my name is Christine, I am joining from Berlin, Germany. While I have an (almost) daily and strong asana practice, I will take this new program to re-committ to regular meditation and pranayama practice, and to start a journaling practice. That's what I know I have to make the time for... So I am excited about the next months :)ย

Such a beautiful Sunday afternoon practice for me. Since I've started practicing on this platform (I have done your classes on Youtube from time to time), my side body has become so much more open and my back so much stronger, both of which feels great :)ย

Soooo good! Even on busy days, I try to give myself at least some time to tune in and dedicate time to my practice. When you asked the question at the end what the body wants to do next, I thought of cutting veggies for dinnnerย ๐Ÿ˜… Cutting veggies has become some form of relaxation for me, which would definitely give me more pleasure than replying to emails right now ;)

Perfect 30-min-practice! The hip flexor work in the step forward and back and the pistol squats was harder for me than the core work ;) I need to/want to incorporate this more into my practice again... My we can have a hip flexor strengthening class :) Lots of love from Berlin!

This was so nice. We have beautiful fall weather in Berlin, I have a couple of hours to myself, and I really approached this practice as a gift to myself. To just be, feel, enjoy. The flow was great, many sensations, plus I learned something new - to also hook the thigh on the elbow ;) Worked very well!

I did some shoulder work before this class, so it was extra tough ;) I love the 'pick up a foot' work. With blocks, and a rather small distance between the feet, it works...ย
