Dear Meghan, given that this channel exists, I also want to comment with a content desire :) I loooove half moon - in all its variations (chapasana, revolved,...) and I would so much love a class from you that revolves around all the half-moons... Much love from berlin!

Such a treat 🧡I felt tired today, but I really wanted to do the class and it was beautiful. I enjoy backbends, even though they do not necessarily come easy to me. What I am feeling more and more is that I am more able to send the sensation to 'the' right parts of the spine. And I also looove the thoracic massage with the block ;)

My little hotel room barely has enough space to step off the mat, but it felt so good to get going in the morning! Always grateful for the practice  🧡

Sooo good, particularly after a long train ride through Germany... The best part of this (and other) practice(s) is that I discover so many movements that feel so great in my body and that I integrate into my day - like a few spinal undulations, some side body stretches etc.

Wow, this felt amazing! I feel like my posture has improved so much, and my whole being feels so much more open. The qualities that came into mind at the end were kindness and gentleness. I always like to feel strong, but these practices definitely help me to give more space to my softer sides. Very grateful, as always!

Did this practice after I spent a good part of the last 24 hours in the hospital with my son who fell off a climbing scaffold (all good, luckily). I just felt so grateful than nothing worse happened, and this practice helped me bring me back to myself, to get some stuff 'off' through the strong parts, but to also open up again after everything felt super focused in on one thing (person). It felt so good and was so needed!

Sooo good. During the week, particularly when I'm working from home, I take little (or longer...) breaks for my dedicated yoga practice. This one opened me up in so many nice places, and simply moving felt so good. I really liked the 'body scan' at the end, checking in on the different layers and what might have changed during the practice!

Finally fit again for a 'spicy' class ;) This was so beautiful. The flow felt really therapeutic for me, I just love slow and strong movement. Also really appreciated the intention-setting at the end of class - actually really nice bc when I get into class, my mind is often all over the place so it's sometimes rather random to pick an intention. But at the end of class, when I am centered again, this makes much more sense...

Currently having rather low energy due to a cold, but I still crave some slow movement, because it always opens me up and makes me feel better. This one was another amazing class, that definitely opened me up in the right spaces...
