This weekend immersion is an opportunity to play, explore, connect, and feel. Not a time out, but a time IN. To go deep together through movement, story, stillness, and breath.

Although the classes are separate, they are designed as one single tapestry, woven together to take you on a journey through the layers of yourself. Through unique sequencing and breakdowns of posture, breath, and stillness, we will explore the flavors of what it means to feel it all.

Dear Beautiful Souls

We hope this message finds you wrapped in love and kindness. Today, we come to you with heavy hearts and a need for understanding.

You probably have already heard the news of Meghan's loss—her beloved father has passed away. In this difficult time, Meghan needs space and time to grieve alongside her family.

Therefore, we've decided to adjust our rhythm for a little while:
- There'll be no new class today
- Instead of weekly releases, we'll now be sharing new classes with you every two weeks.

This change gives Meghan the space and support she needs to honor her father's memory while still nurturing our yoga family.

We ask for your gentle compassion and understanding during this time. Loss weighs heavy on the heart, and Meghan and her family need our love and support more than ever.

We're incredibly grateful for your understanding and solidarity. Our yoga family is a beacon of light and strength, and together, we'll navigate these waters with grace and love.

We’re excited to share with you here before anywhere else that the 7-day Retreat, “Extract the Nectar”, with Meghan Currie in Mallorca is officially ON, yay🐝

Save the dates JUL27-AUG3!

The Theme for this 7-day retreat, "Extract The Nectar'' comes from the idea that there's something nourishing to extract from every single moment of our lives. Even though, or especially when, what’s unfolding tastes bitter and hard to swallow, there's always a lesson, something that we can convert, over time, into nutrition, growth, transformation, and wisdom.

The experiences of our lives can be seen as nectarous events. The nectar is the potent, nutrient-dense lessons, the takeaways, and the deep insights that lead us to the next step on the ladder of our personal and collective growth

In this 7-day retreat, we'll focus on intentional, nourishing, and playful movement practices that will open up the channels of inner exploration. Taking time to go inward, to source the intelligence from within, connect with new and old friends, rest, play, reset, and explore together.

Hello wonderful Community!😍

How are you??? How is your yoga journey?

We've been receiving so many requests to make more classes to practice handstands. We hear you and so we did make the whole program, yay!

We've just released the first class "L-Stand" from the new program called "Upside Down"!

Experimentation is a key element of a vibrant and balanced life and yoga practice. When our practice is filled with too much seriousness, we can miss out on the joyous aspect of movement, and it's in these moments of exploration that we discover and grow the most.

This program pulls you off your mat and invites you to play upside down on the wall.  We use playful drills, unexpected exercises, and non-traditional movements to turn your perspective upside down, spark inspiration, and build courage.

The classes range from 25 to 40 minutes. Each takes a fun and playful approach to being upside down with new shapes and uncommon movements.

Each class begins with a thorough wrist warm-up, core work, and flow.  All inverted movements use a wall, which allows you to experience the benefits regardless of your handstand abilities.

I hope you enjoy it and find it helpful in your handstand journey.

How are you??? 

We continue surprising you with new classes and new programs. We've just released the first "Inner Smile" meditation from the program called "Simmer"!

This program is a guided exploration of your inner capacities and will develop a keen inner awareness that can free tension and cultivate inspiration within the mind and body.

The guided meditations will slow the mind and help you appreciate simply being. You'll steep, simmer, and explore through your beautiful inner layers, so you can grow not only in your practice but in every area of your life.

Make yourself comfortable and let yourself be as you are.
