Hi! I’m hoping to ask Meghan for some advice on how to improve thoracic mobility and flexibility? A comment I’ve been receiving lately is that throughout my asana practice I am bending from my low back or ‘dumping’ and I would really love to be able to understand how to not do this. Back bends are my favorite poses, it makes me blue to know that I am not doing them in the safest or kindest way to my body!
