I have been enjoying the tutorials from the Metamorphosis and this class goes deeper into many steps that I am not familiar with. The pressing requires so much strength! And constant! Anyways another amazing class to keep practicing! Thank you.

Wow, third time through this one and it’s always like one first time, full of awakenings, insights, today I even cried a little for some sentiments as thoughts that are there and were acknowledged and I am ready to let them go and transform them into some positives thoughts.... thank you dear Meghan and Olga for being here with us overseeing our process and learnings...

What a wonderfully complex practice. I found myself complaining because I was slipping out of the side crow. But the fundamental cue that Meghan gave us, is to press the shoulder towards the side tight. I understand that is the key cue, but now I just need to put on practice! Anyways I was able to hint to extend the leg back for a very short breath, better that my expectations... another class to visit again. Thank you always.

Felt this class very strong, at the beginning I had to rest my wrist but wow, so good. It seems this class is packed with new moves I didn’t even know! I really hope and dream with joining the teacher training next year. Beautiful and complex practice the breathwork taps deep into some unknown areas of the self and the physical body...

It was wonderful to get acquaintance with fallen triangle. I quite never get it, it feel like I might be doing it wrong. In this practice Meghan guide us there in a very special way from down dog and reaching the leg towards the opposite direction keeping the hips facing forward... felt very good that way. Lovely lovely spicy practice infused with a bigger meaning of digesting information...

Hum! I think this is my third time through this “spicy 🌶 journey”, as Meghan calls it, and wow I have to celebrate two tiny successes. One is I was able to grab “ at the same time in the same way” my legs for bow, and second I was able to feel the most amazing scoop of my hearth forward and up! The dropping back is there, but the lift up isn’t, I am coming back next week to give it another try. My legs are on fire 🔥 I enjoyed so much. Thank you Meghan and Olga, much love to the studio.

Trust in Flow, very calm and strong! Second time through the practice and this time I didn’t have to stop to shake my legs! Little by little!

I love the movement for “landing into ourselves”... the practice was full of insights for me. The stretching at the end, I kind of understand better now the active stretch of pressing the hand towards the foot... amazing feeling of opening. Thank you 🙏 Meghan and Olga!
