What a beautiful and so powerful meditation ❤️ " allow " I will start applying this to my life. Funny about the theme being the weather when yesterday and actually lately I've been noticing the weather and how much it affects my emotions or state of mind and in turn how much wisdom there is there to be observed and received. Also how much wisdom there are in storms and how it's reflected in humans. So they say, as above so below. Big hug and thank you Meghan!!! So grounding ❤️

Ahhhhhhh Meghan!!!!! You're my therapist I swear. I came to this one feeling quite.. dysregulated, angry and on fire.. with a strong need to release. And this was perfect, it's usually your core practices that truly help me to center, come bk to myself, find myself. I love them, pls keep it up, u made me love to do this kind of exercises!! So much awareness and the sensations ☄️☄️!! And the strong sights made me release so much, I can really see it. Thank you ❤️
