Ahhh Meghan, these Side body bliss program is just really one of my ultimate favorites, really really is. There's something about side opening, the sequence, the words, the tone of your voice, the timing that just makes it so so nourishing, so open, so safe, so intimate and special, it's really like coming home. It's so well rounded too, as in, it's strong, strengthening in all spectrums of the myself, so much space and allowance for space is created and so much inspiration is transmitted to every part of me. I feel open, strong and inspired for the day, thank you ❤️

This whole program has been amazing, all the insights, the words, the whole balancing theme has grown into so many layers of myself and life. Definitely agree that being out of balance is the way to experience balance and be grateful of all the growth to experience what it means to be, to feel balanced, even in the slightest moments in life or poses. It's truly a rewarding and empowering feeling for sure. Such a journey to notice the past/future thoughts throughout the practice or poses or breath, funny to notice at times the " rush " or thinking that it's the moment to move into another pose, instead of just staying with what's happening, but this is also part of the practice into noticing these traits. Love moving with you Meghan, and love seeing the ripple effect into other people's experiences ❤️ Thank you also for all the dedication you put into all, truly feels from the heart and I know it comes from there, big hug x

Thank you for this practice, although at times challenging on the wrists, I found that through the intensity I could really feel my breath, my belly sucking in and out absorbing every particle possible of this immense power. So healing too in the most simplest movements and breath practice.

Such a beautiful and incredibly profound meditation. So much to observe here, so much came up, so many layers ... loved the leaves, the trims, observing the mind and resistance and all the questions and doubts and all. Thank you, it was truly a journey, will be doing this one more often to create more space, to forgive, to slowly let go ... ❤️

Amazing sequence, so powerful and so great for those days where you're feeling powerful or need an energy boost. Loved the core sequence of 3 legged dd, side plank and squeeze, together with the breath uauuuuu so much fire and somehow made me so proud that I do have the strength and it's all about doing in the moment with no pre thoughts of how it's gonna go or doubts ! Like life itself ! Uau so much I've been observing lately and growing into it. Thank you Meghan as always !!! Hope you're doing good xx

Loving these more and more ... getting deeper and deeper into all these incredible sensations that once were more stormy and now I notice a shift, I notice a necessity of allowing all of it to exist and to just let it be and get more into it, notice how I can let more and more just melt and find some comfort within all of it, because there's so many layers to it, it's amazing ... so so interesting, always a journey ... love it. Thank you ❤️
