Before I was in the studio I did this class on YT, I found it to be quite challenging and now, after 11 months of the release of this video there, I was really able to allow myself to flow, to feel every muscle, every breath and stay through it all totally immersed in the power.. so beautiful, I love these creative practices really, they're so powerful. And I love Bruce Lee, such an inspiration. Big hug and a big thank you ❤️

I keep on doing this practice over and over, its like a check in for me to connect to my body I love the sequence and how it makes me feel ❤️

Okkk I gave it a go again second time. As I always trust your flows and the insights tha come thru I decided to dive in with an intention, to feel this mystery and magic of the dance of self love. I decided to flow mostly with my eyes closed to really tune into what was going on in every part of my body. Was truly a journey, so nourishing, taking in the foldings and unfoldings and trusting and surrendering into what was happening within. Loved it, love your creativity filled with so much to discover within ❤️❤️ thank you

Such a beautiful practice. Just like the theme : Trusting the unfolding, I felt it all during this practice. As soon as I started to flow with the sequence, came a sense of grounding, of calm, a very expansive and present feeling. 1st time I had such a powerful bow and powerful wheels. So much connection through activation and let go at the same time, uau. Thank you ❤️ !!!!

Hellooo 😍 Thank you so much for this challenge. I have to say that feels so strong to be together within this community doing so and seeing all the shares and transformations as we move through the days.I have to say that for me has been a journey for sure. In the beginning I felt so open emotionally, like it was overwhelming at some point as I didn't know how to move through it all. I felt somehow irritated, fragile and vulnerable. So I had the need to actually do more core focused practices & meditation to balance the openness I felt, not only emotionally but also physically, as a counter balance and to help digest and process it all. It was definitely so interesting to observe it as well. I didn't read the book suggested, but there's one book in particular that I find quite interesting that is called "Tending the Heart Fire" by Shiva Rea which is also really interesting and that reminded me of this theme and of this challenge.
