This was amazing Meghan.. I love the tapping, the tips of my fingers was like pure raw thunderbolt energy! This meditation led me to 3 stages, 1st resistance and foggyness, 2nd to observation and realization of insecurities and 3rd, to truly embrace myself, hug myself and simmer into this warm loving feeling after pranayama. Thank you..would you be considering in doing just a Yoga nidra practice in Savanasa? Big hug and much love ❤️

Meghan, came here again for this beautiful intentional meditation practice. So powerful. I feel that through you, I discovered the beauty and power of meditation. Thank you. I'm not practicing now for maybe a couple of days as I twisted my ankle and can't really engage in movement but I find so much amazing content here either meditation, breathwork and journaling and I'm again so grateful. You know, since my last " journaling " here on january 28 about how I experienced this practice and after practicing consistently with you and doing the " move from love" workshop, I've experienced this practice so different. So much gratitude, forgiveness all qualities that are part if feeling empowered for me, all of this combined with a meditative state of being was just to powerful. I'm just so grateful and I've experienced this practice is such a strong yet so gentle and kind way to myself noticing how my narrative today was so different than that day that I practiced. I haven't got the opportunity to do the physical practice, because it got interrupted but the meditation? Uau.. uau uau uau.. Meghan so beautiful! Uau this whole workshop, like all your workshops and everything you create, are deeply intentional and so transformational, it's just so incredible to be part, even if it's online, although deeply wish and dream to one day be part of some workshop in your presence, must be next level!! But it's just so incredible all you share, all the parts that come together, all the remembering through activations into all that makes a pose before reaching the " final form " of it. The most rawest, label less expression of all that it requires, all the " in process progress " deep appreciation. Through you, I get to navigate through it all, feel it all and digest and be in the process of growth, peeling the labels how you mention, so that I experience it all through infinite layers of knowledge with the most complex queues you whisper, making this whole experience become so alive.
