Ended this program that was truly another adventure of self. There was challenges along the way but it was so interesting to notice how the mind - body connection conversation was working throughout, as if I was listening to a super interesting interview. The mind being the interviewer and the body the guest. As soon as the holding in 2 of the poses, the kind of bow and the incredible wheel got longer, I could feel the interviewer ( my mind ) starting to ask uncomfortable questiions to the guest ( my body ), and feeling my body taking it personally ... so it was a very interesting dynamic. I could also see myself making new affirmations - like in the strength program, as lingering through, staying and not letting my mind ( the interviewer ) make louder assumptions about myself, but rather believing and staying with it and find glimpses of effort and appreciation throughout all of it. Thank you, it's truly a school here, school of self.

Hello ! I'm Juliana, from Porto, Portugal and now living in the island of the Azores. I've been a fan of Meghan's profound & transformative teachings for a long time. As soon as I saw her on a video I just got completely drawn to her free spirit, spontaneous, funny, so incredibly intuitive, strong and deeply touching energy. She's so real and raw, I love it. I've been practicing yoga for about 9 years now on n off, but, since a couple of months bk, I'm fully committing myself on practicing daily. I want to learn so much !!! by going inward through the practices. I want to continuously keep on diving deeper into the world of self-discovery - I find it to be incredibly fascinating and never get bored of learning more and more about myself. I want to keep on healing, transforming, take care, grow and be more and more conscious and in tune with the core of my soul also so that I can share and hopefully inspire others. I find this program to be a reminder of self love, a true honor of self. Thank you as always Meghan for the endless transformative love you share with all of us and for the incredible supportive community you keep on creating ❤️

Spiiiiicy intense and so detoxifying in it's full spectrum and potential !!!! The moments of pause was like an exorcistic sight coming out haha it was truly a powerful sight coming from all over the body, like a crowd cheering sight !!! Stayed thru it and experienced the intensity. I'm growing stronger not only physically but in every way and I'm so grateful for this, thank you for your powerful crafted practices ❤️
