I love these reminders, your aligment cues are like reminders of being here, in my body, before any asana, any label, just here present in what is happening and what makes it be, right here right now, the present with my presence witnessing it all. Again I love how potent this class is, how much meaning is poured into every piece, into every move, into everything. Such a powerful practice, so much energy yet so much surrender to it all. Helllooo ❤️ I also love the year long calendar with a workbook but I just feel like for me, when it come to suggested practices, it's very subjective and depends so much on the days and how my body feels..

I do love the idea like the Metamorphosis workshops, like a live practice(s), learning, drills, short courses with a theme to learn from, work towards, progress on, reflect upon ❤️ just a suggestion 😍 

I just love having Meghan's energy more present even if it's online.
