Such a beautiful practice. Just like the theme : Trusting the unfolding, I felt it all during this practice. As soon as I started to flow with the sequence, came a sense of grounding, of calm, a very expansive and present feeling. 1st time I had such a powerful bow and powerful wheels. So much connection through activation and let go at the same time, uau. Thank you ❤️ !!!!

Hellooo 😍 Thank you so much for this challenge. I have to say that feels so strong to be together within this community doing so and seeing all the shares and transformations as we move through the days.I have to say that for me has been a journey for sure. In the beginning I felt so open emotionally, like it was overwhelming at some point as I didn't know how to move through it all. I felt somehow irritated, fragile and vulnerable. So I had the need to actually do more core focused practices & meditation to balance the openness I felt, not only emotionally but also physically, as a counter balance and to help digest and process it all. It was definitely so interesting to observe it as well. I didn't read the book suggested, but there's one book in particular that I find quite interesting that is called "Tending the Heart Fire" by Shiva Rea which is also really interesting and that reminded me of this theme and of this challenge. Thank you for all Meghan, I could go on with words ❤️

Uau .. it really filled my heart this one. What a beuatiful beauuuutiful, magical and so loving meditation. I could see it all .. the plants, the animals .. myself and the ones I admire .. and connect all the dots and feel the qualities and qualities that already are within, just slowly becoming more aware of them by releasing resistance and believing. As I believe that all that we admire and inspire us are already qualities within us, part of us. Is just that we need to remember them by being inspired ❤️ Thank you

#movetobloom day 13, and ahhh felt called to this practice, still one of my favorites here. The way it carries you, like a boat floating in the sea, organically moving through the soft waves of breath and pacing of the sequence. Love ❤️ Thank you x

#movetobloom day 13 and I decided to nourish myself with this incredibly nourishing practice. I love the pace love the sequence and love diving inwards to gain more energy, be more grounded and feel lighter ❤️

Beautiful meditation .. somehow I just let my mind wonder into memories and a funny memory came up. Tried not too judge or label but just invite the state of being curious .. interesting what comes up and how i perceived it this time. Love doing these meditations with you, i just pictured a little orb bag like the "hobo bag" with a stick, collecting all these orbs of energy, of memories 😊

This practice always amaze me .. brings so much calm and grounding ❤️

#movetobloom day11 - I'm really into core these days as I feel a need to balance the heart openers of the challenge. Love all these core focused series, love Kapalabhati in the end, so powerful, gives such a calming and grounding at the same time fierce high.
