Somehow I had so much resistance to connect today, even though I definitely wanted/needed to move my body. Somehow most of the times I crave more intense practices, the intensity helps me to connect to my body with the felt sensations. Finding stillness within the poses felt hard also the wild thing kind of pose felt somewhat strange to my body. Thank you for the practice regardless, I love that you always create something new on mondays and I always love your poetic words of wisdom ❤️

Ahhh I just love this practice so much, I love this kind of flowy less queues surprise strong poses sometimes, ahh just again made me realize how grateful I am for my effort, commitment and my body. I loved all transitions and had a smile and deep gratitude during it all today. Thank you Meghan ❤️ forever grateful!!!!

Happy I adventure myself on this practice. In the middle somehow my mind started wondering, noticed myself getting a bit impatient and restless then towards Eka pada g I loved the queues, loved tuning into all the activations and balance, loved the tugggg of warrrr that you kept going, feeling it all!! But! Wished to stay longer in the pose finding the balance, observing more, engaging more, just like " firefly " practice, that I abs. loved and think it's a great arm balance practice to notice what is being activated, I love how long we stayed in that pose. But I'm so happy for my progress in this one, felt shiny, shining through it all, was a beautiful practice. Thank you ❤️❤️

Amazing how I did this practice a couple months back and this was a posture that has been quite challenging for me! And after all the commitment, all the teachings from practicing with you and learning about engagement, body activations, so much awareness ahh I feel so in tune with myself! And I did all the practice so so connected with myself. The asana felt amazing, uau thank you Meghan, I grow so much with you!!!!
