I keep coming back to this practice as for me is such a grounding and self love reminder of all of the parts of myself that are here and keep unfolding as the breath flows through me. Honoring myself and my breath as a powerful and profound guide and pillar that has always been and is here supporting my journey ❤️ Thank you for this beautiful class Meghan xx

Day 2! Beautiful class as always, so much activation and beautiful extension and surrender in the intensity. Challenging bow but such a strong awareness call pose. I feel calmer, more connected as my early morning was a bit emotionally intense! Thank you for all the reminders and for this program ❤️

14 day challenge, brought me to this practice that I've seen before but didn't dare to do it. Wheel pose for me it's like a person with a strong personality, sometimes I feel the magic in it and others the mega intensity and loud narrative and criticizing that makes it challenging to be in the pose, in my body sensation wise. But this practice did surprise me when I was reluctant of doing a super spicy full wheel variation pose and I've been doing a lot of spicy practices and felt that maybe I'd just rest for today. But I decided to embrace this day, the challenge and stick to doing what it feels good and nourishing, not going beyond just because. And it was amazing, it was deeply explorative and brought me a smile in the leg wheel variation, it felt so good!!Felt so light and strong throughout. And I loved the whole sequence build up, the timing, the bridge and all the wheels. Honoring my body without the should's and have's brought me to a place of deep presence and bliss. Thank u ❤️
