Uau Meghan, if only my words could just express the immense gratitude and explosion of feelings while doing this practice !!! If only they could just instantly animate ! I've been feeling an immense progress since these last 6 months of fully committing myself to re initiate the practice for everyday now with you and now also by being part of this incredible place. I really love these Metamorphosis programs, they're really so transformative but it gets even beyond it all when I truly feel all this in my body. It's incredible. I also love how you've structured this class, all these activations and the queueing of the camel pose was just beyond words. I've never felt so good and expansive and aware in this pose like today. I'm really a fan of this one. Also I've had so many glimpses of lightness, floating like feeling while standing still. My body feels so alive and so thankful and so do I. Thank you again for the profound wisdom, words are not enough to translate my emotions ❤️

This class felt so so good after doing powerful handstand drills. So good to stretch and breath in these postures. Winds of emotional intensity came up on the firelog and upavistha k ... uau ... and after the storm came the silence inside, really meditative and powerful one, thank you as always x

Such a powerful drill !!! So good and will be definitely coming bk to this one to keep peeling my layers of strength !! The power of the breath and focusing on it is such an incredible tool. So much to learn and listen from it, it is truly our greatest partner and teacher.

Thank you for this class. I've done it in 2 times because of time but truly made me wonder throughout the night and morning. Thinking about vulnerability and where I've felt and feel within myself. A particular memory came up, something that I actually been acknowledging and not taking so lightly on myself. Something I have to release ... hopefully with time, it will be released. So many aspects of strength have been touched upon, our bodies are like maps with lost emotional cities that can be activated and acknowledged and re-routed again once movement with awareness of breath and staying with the intensity of these emotions and thoughts that arise, feeling the vulnerability just as it is, happen. And this was the case in actually most of the classes that require attention of activations and release. Love this intensity, has been challenging but challenges are so rewarding and provide immense growth ❤️ these programs are truly transformative. Thank you once more Meghan

All that you said Meghan was so true, about strength and our ideas of it that can weaken ourselves in the moment. These ideas/patterns that arise and how through time and practice can be transformed into greater depths of strength that has been within ourselves all along. Challenging one but so rewarding to go through these steps of incredible awareness. Thank you xx

Uau Meghan, just finished this program and has definitely been a journey. A journey of so much learning, progress and inspiration. This particular practice was really interesting to observe, observe certain patterns created within myself and then the transformation thru realization and body activation and breath awareness, that actually I can move thru more challenging postures. Funny how the mind works but also funny how along with breath and awareness, everything flows. And what you said " In Yoga we put ourselves in awkward situations to learn from all the interesting things that arise ", this quote couldn't be more spot on and for myself this is what keeps me on this journey of self-discovering, re-connecting, re-membering my true self and true freedom of expression of my being. Thank you as always for all the beautiful healing art you share with all of us, big hug ❤️

Uau this drill/transition that you apply every time, is such a powerful one. Slowly getting there, today my legs were shakinnng while holding uiii !!!!! But so good, building the strength for a more elegant flowy transition haha but I love this transition, requires breath - body connection - awareness and just builds immense strength. Thank you as always ❤️
