This was an amazing practice .. love the queues with the sweet flow rythmn. I felt so energized  and powerful throughout. The breath giving me so much and my body just enjoying. Thank you so much for this Meghan ❤️❤️

Uau .. this was the 1st time I truly enjoyed a yin class in every single sprectrum. All your words were just supporting my journey through surrendering in the poses, this was so healing, again just pure medicine. Will be doing this one more often, thank you❤️

Thank you for this short but intense and insightful practice ... such a good way to connect to our center. And also I love what you said about detoxifying, releasing stagnant energy. It's such a great way to inspire and a reminder of our human power in every level of our being ! I like to remind myself of these much higher purposes to work through the strength. Love doing these core practices with you! I've been enjoying more and more! Feels so good to feel and awake up the strength within !!!
