Uau I loved this, I've heard Viloma Pranayama before but couldn't understand completely how it works. Your explanations as always are incredible and so is the practice of it. I'd love more Pranayama in-depth sessions like this and including them in the practice as well. Pranayama takes me directly into meditation, right away into an inward state instead of having to prepare myself to look inward - into meditation, if you know what I mean. It's incredibly soothing. Thank you so much xx

Uau Meghan ... another journey with you. Forever learning forever growing, thank you for everything xx

Dear Meghan, I just did the " Cradled In Kindness " practice and just felt and still feels so grounded and calming, still simmering in it. I was wondering if you could do a longer version, with more strappy poses? Also with blocks :) There's something about being strapped and supported. For me it creates a sense of connection, grounding and centeredness, just feels amazing to be strapped with your limbs, all of yourself for few moments. Also I feel like it reduces anxiety and reminds me of being here, with myself. Thank you for always listening to all of us here. Big hug ❤️
