So I did this practice later today focusing completely on skandasana, I was a bit fearful of feeling the sharp pain again ... followed your tips and no pain !!! Felt so so good. I have to say that pain, lately or overall sometimes in practice has been teaching me so much awareness and to be gentle, without forcing anything, focusing on cues and enjoying the breath and high focus in transitions .. like life !
