Thank you Meghan, you constantly open so many doors of knowledge, so much I've been learning with you for the past years. So much progress, not only in the practice but also the awareness and presence on and off thee mat. Thank you so much for these, love learning with you !!

So I did this practice later today focusing completely on skandasana, I was a bit fearful of feeling the sharp pain again ... followed your tips and no pain !!! Felt so so good. I have to say that pain, lately or overall sometimes in practice has been teaching me so much awareness and to be gentle, without forcing anything, focusing on cues and enjoying the breath and high focus in transitions .. like life ! Thank you once more Meghan xx

Uau Meghan, thank you so much for all the shared wisdom and parts of your story too. Was so so insightful, so many interesting questions as answers of the beautiful questions asked. So much to think about, explore and discover and that I can also relate to. I love the way you inspire. When we truly walk thru the depths of fire, we can then heal and heal thru others by sharing the knowledge received, like you share. It's all about trying to explore in a playful way which it is really how we truly develop, experience and grow in the world from baby to kid to teenager to adult. Will you be doing this sessions again ? If so, where can I write questions ?

Thank you xx Juliana

Uau Meghannnn .. uau. This is exactly what my whole being was craving, honestly. During the practice everytime you asked for a sigh, instead came this big lion yawns. I just really needed to let go of some sort of resistance in every aspect as a result of accumulations in life. So it felt so good, so meditative with the right amount of reminders of body activations. And as I really enjoy practicing in silence, with the nature sounds I'm surrounded with, even with strong dog barkings as I have 3 dogs and multiple flies coming from time to time, the deep sound of the breath while on poses that require consciousness and strength, so powerful. Also loved the fact that you mention to be in the process of each shape and not try to fully blast with effort on what the final shape is. Also, I remembered the toes activation tip on skandasana, like "creatures" & worked wonders!! Thank you so much for this one, and for all the incredible art that breathes thru you and for sharing with all of us ❤️

Uau Meghan, what a powerful profound class. In the last part where you say to crystalize something beautiful, it came to my eyes a cobra, funny I have a cobra as a tattoo and right after came the symbol used in the pharmacies, the wrapped snake. So much ancient symbolism. Says it all .. and mirrors what I've been and still am going thru, as my mother, my great friend, such a special and unique being has passed away some years ago, too soon and too young. Takes time, more than time, to heal. So many layers to heal. Thank you for this class and what you always create Meghan, goes beyond words. Your studio was one of the best gifts gave to myself ❤️ Much love, Jx

Hello Meghan ! I hope you're doing good :)

I want to ask you, I've been experiencing an on and off kind of sharp pain on my right leg in one of the hamstrings  : biceps femuris longus, I feel and think. This sharp pain gets awaken sometimes when I do uttanasana or humble warrior, happy baby pose or lizard for example. I don't really know how to deal with it. Sometimes I can also feel a tingling sensation after certain types of practice but only in the right leg. For ex : if i've been doing a long uttanasana. Do you have any tips for this one ?

*doesn't happen all the time but it's common ...

Thank you ! 😍

Uau ... uau ... what a  practice, this was again, pure medicine at all levels. Here I am floating commenting as if on my own journal. There's something magical when being entangled and balancing on one foot. It was a really meditative practice, a moving meditation, balancing and bringing grouding and calmness and a feeling of clarity and unity. Funny you kept mentioning the nostrils, was something I started noticing right away. I started with the right nostril slightly obstructed and during the practice even before nadi shodhana both nostrils opened up. It's like all these "entanglements & de-tanglements" - receiving and releasing - brought both my feminine and masculine energies together into balance, like dancing, finishing the with nadi shodhana, where both energies meet and equalize. This is what I felt ... what an incredible powerful practice, will be coming to this one many many times. Thank you again Meghan for this incredible magical potion, so much wisdow  ❤️
