Meghan Currie Oh Meghan so nice to have a comment from you !! It's amazing that, although far away and on-line, your presence can be really felt !! I abs. love and I'm loving your online studio, thank you so much.

Ok so, I've been thinking and, I made a comment on " content desires " about the hip joint. Something that could makes us (me) travel a bit more towards it, in-depth analysis, insights related to the hips, how they work, in particular flexion and abduction at the hip joint. For myself I find positions like Baddha Virabhadrasana, Baddha parsvakonasana, Marichyasana A, all these that require quite some flexibility at the hip joint, quite challenging. Even the simple movement for example from one legged downward dog (right leg up) bringing the (right) knee towards the (right) tricep, I can feel a sensation between my hip joint and knee.

So I'd love something along these lines/subject, in whatever form you can make it 😍

Thank you so much for always being here ! Hug, Juliana xx

Uau Meghan that was a powerful intense magical practice ... like a ceremony, honoring ourselves and all that makes us who we are at the core, just another glimpse to remember what we are capable of as humans in this experience. I say was just like a ceremony as you really have the ability to time the sequence so perfect, the movements that unite and build each other, and what creates an immense awareness powered by the soundtrack of our breath. I was expecting a strong practice, but what came out of of it all in the end was more than that, actually had to take some time to digest it all that happened within, incredible. Thank you so much for always putting this amazing effort into what you do, like I said before, you're really medicine to the soul ! Juliana xx

Thank you so much for this creative class Meghan ! I was wondering about the foot position in Skandasana as my bended knee gets sensitive in this pose ... Was wondering if it's best for the feet to follow the knee direction ( bended knee) or should if it should have less of an angle ... Would love your insight on this but will definitely also explore on my own ! Thank you xx

Uau what an amazing flow ... great timing, great sequence. I did in the morning and uau what a way to start the day ! But I'm sure this flow fits anytime. Made me feel so balanced and like you said sometimes less queues and just focus on asanas and breath is truly the medicine ! Thank you so much Meghan !!! You're just like medicine for the soul !

Meghan ! I'd love a flow in which there's more in depth analysis and insights related to the hips, how they work, in particular flexion and abduction at the hip joint. Doesn't necessarily have to be a restorative practive, can be with flow, but I just feel like it could be interesting to dive a bit more into this super complex and interesting foundation - our hips ! Thank you Meghan ! Big hug from the Azores ! Juliana x

Meghan, I absolutely love how genuine, authentic and human you are. Thank you for creating this space for all of us, such an honour to receive your deep and so knowledgeable sharings. Haven't had the chance to meet you, only in camera on an online workshop " slow motion potion "  but for years now I've practicing been practicing with you and learning so so much not only about the technicality needed to embrace in the asanas but also applying all of these incredible reminders and insights in my life. Thank you and so happy to finally being able to be part of your studio / world that you dedicate your whole heart into ! Juliana x
