and PS * with this state of awareness, I feel my right side hip opening, the hamstring slight pain disappeared and I feel my body healing. Hoping to continue like this as I will continue to put energy and care and intention on my body while practicing 😊

Meghan, an update I just wanted to share with you. Yesterday I did the class " full body presence " and was mind blowing and life changing. I noticed something I didn't see before, something I do with my right side hip and butt and inner thigh, some sort of squeeze/tightness in actually tadasana pose. Like, I squeeze my right butt cheek and inner right thigh, I don't do it with the left. When I feel my SI joint on the right, I believe it pops a tiny more than the left, don't know if it's normal. Either way, I'm not worried. I've been feeling an immense state of presence with the practice, since I've been full on on it and I'm just so grateful.

I've been feeling such a lightness, even in poses that probably I'd be putting effort to be on them. It's an incredible feeling, I've occasionally experienced a similar feeling when I was practicing ashtanga but now, it's another state, another layer, it's amazing. Just wanted to share and to express how grateful I am of your teachings ❤️

Thank you for this sweet creative and all body awakening flow .. did it 1st thing in the morning thinking I wouldn't be so open and it was completely the opposite, my whole body and myself was deeply dipping into every pose. Thank you once more, feeling good and ready for the day 💪😎

Uau Meghan (infinite uau's with your practices !) but his class was amazingly built to fully open up to ourselves, at least I felt so. I felt incredibly immersed in myself. I've noticed something I haven't seen before, something I do with my right side hip and butt and inner thigh, some sort of tightness in actually tadasana and that told me so much ! From now on I will be more present in this body whisper in the next practices and poses. Felt like i heard so much my body, like you say, it was one of those deep conversations, mostly listening and acknowledging with curiosity. Thank you so so much for this one ❤️ was truly meditative x

uuuu this one really rocked my boat !! Was an intense core, mind and breath journey for sure !! Just like you said, in the moment, to focus on the breath sounds to keep going thru the extreme intensity of flushing sensations. Really enjoyed the challenge and I'm glad I don't have neighbors and I'm alone in the house to really give big biiiiig sighs haha thank you for this one, really needed xx

Loving the sculp series, wakes up so much inside !! So good to feel the intensity and letting go into the steep. A good tool and practice to be applied into life when emotional intensity comes up for sure !! So many insights. Thank you for all the wisdom and for sharing it ❤️

Really enjoyed this meditation which is something I'm slowly slowly getting into as I most of the time feel restless and in need to move. So it feels really good, after moving, specially after core work or pranayama to just stay cultivating these qualities that you shared. And I love that you ride your motorcycle practicing this ! I similarly do it while riding my mountain bike ! Specially when I have to go uphill before going down !! 😅
