Next time I will just let it and not try to " perfect it " as I do have a tendency for this! And maybe this is what is all about, observing the patterns and just let it, just move regardless, no rules, just raw coz not everything has to make sense and sometimes is out of those moments that we find and discover new interesting things ❤️ Thank u for your words! Hello ❤️ This journey has been one of growth, lot's of memories come up, I feel the healing journey has accelerated and so much inner strength and understanding more and more the process is starting to be cultivated. I also feel that, although I don't follow the suggested practices on a daily basis, that in a way this is good for me as I want to listen to what parts of my body feel a need to be expressed and breathed.
I find myself so looking forward for monday's practice and suggestion for the day like an unknown journey to embark upon in which I don't know the destination and I looooove that!!
One thing is that, I wish I was into journaling but I have a really hard time to write, I feel my creative expressions are easier verbalized or through the body or spontaneous thoughts during the day. I feel that writing just isn't a natural thing so, in this case, would there be a suggestion from Meghan about this?
