How are you? How's your January so far?

It's very hot here in Bali. Despite the rainy season there's not much rain but just insane humidity heh;)

I wanted to check in on how you liked the recent class "Sensuous Elegance". Was it hard? Did you discover any insights? Do you enjoy progressive classes toward one pose?
