Hello hello. A little user experience request: from a development perspective, is it possible to add in the date you last did a class so you can see which ones you did recently and which ones you haven’t? I forget which classes I did, then I get 10 minutes in and realize I did that one two days ago. It would be cool, and helpful to variate my practices, if I can see when I did one.

Hi sweet community,

Due to some last-minute travel for Meghan, this week’s new class will be arriving on Friday — we can’t wait to share it with you! 💛

But we still have something special for you today! We’re adding a special practice from our library that hasn’t yet been in the studio — a little gem we thought you might enjoy revisiting (or discovering for the first time hehe).

It’s the perfect flow to keep your practice inspired and connected until Friday’s release.🌸

Thank you for your understanding and presence, we love growing and flowing with you! <3

With love,
Meghan & Team 🤍

Hi Loves <3

Can you believe we’ve arrived at the final month of A Vow to Bloom? It feels both exciting that we made it here and surreal that it's already over! It's like watching petals slowly fall after a long season of unfolding.

This month’s theme, Inner Oracle & Intuition Whispers, invites us to turn inward and listen to that quiet, honest voice that’s always been there, even when life gets noisy. It’s about trusting the subtle feelings, the gentle pulls, the yes that lives deep in the body.

For me, this month has already brought moments of slowing down!  Choosing presence over pressure, and realizing how much wisdom reveals itself when I actually make space to listen.

I’d love to hear from you:

  • What has your intuition been whispering lately?

  • How do you feel when you tune into that inner guidance?

  • What lessons or gifts are you carrying with you as we close this year-long journey together?

It’s been such a gift growing alongside you all!! <3 Thank you for sharing your presence, your stories, and your hearts throughout this year.

With love,
The Team 🤍

🌙 Vow To Bloom - November Has Arrived ✨

✨ November theme Unfolds - "Inner Oracle & Intuition Whispers" ✨

Welcome sweet souls,

Here we are, the final chapter of our year-long journey together!! <3
Twelve moons, twelve invitations, countless breaths, reflections, and blooms later, A Vow to Bloom arrives at its softest, most subtle unfolding.

November’s theme, Inner Oracle & Intuition Whispers, is a homecoming. It is a return to the whispering, guiding voice that has been with you through every season of this journey. After a year of planting, growing, releasing, and transforming, this is where we integrate,  where wisdom is no longer sought outside, but recognized within.

This last month is about listening more deeply. About trusting the knowing that hums beneath thought. About honoring how far you’ve come, and celebrating the truth that everything you’ve been seeking is already alive inside you.

🌿 Inside November’s offerings you’ll find:

📓 A guided workbook filled with reflections, rituals, and practices to deepen your dialogue with intuition
🔮 A sacred Cacao & Intuition Ritual, to honor your Vow to Bloom journey and strengthen the connection with your inner oracle
🧘‍♀️ A curated Class Calendar woven with practices for presence, sensitivity, and trust
🃏 A new 30-Day Intuition Card Deck -  your daily companion for tuning in, listening, and following the whispers within
📚 This month’s Novel Nest pick: Awakening Intuition by Mona Lisa Schulz - a luminous guide to understanding intuition as a powerful, embodied intelligence.

As this sacred cycle comes to a close, may November be your invitation to pause and bow to the path you’ve walked. To witness the transformation that has quietly taken root within you. And to trust that this isn’t an ending, but a beginning lived from deeper alignment, guided by your own inner compass.

Step into the final month of A Vow to Bloom and listen for the whispers that have been guiding you all along. Your inner oracle is waiting.

With love, and infinite gratitude,
Meghan & team x 💫

Everyone is of course free to suggest whatever they want, but personally I will not be supporting this request. I stopped practising Ashtanga precisely because it was too rigid, too repetitive, too masculine, too forceful, and I had injured myself badly! I discovered Meghan's yoga and immediately loved it. I have been following it for several years now... never disappointed, always surprised by its creativity and inventiveness! I have no desire to return to a stereotypical and repetitive practice like Ashtanga in Meghan's classes!

Hi Meghan and team! I would love love love to see an 1.5 hour long yin class pop up in the studio!  It always seem yin isn't long enough for me and I have recently discovered how much I like it and how much my body benefits from it.  Thanks so much! ❤️❤️

Hi Meghan 🌸

I would absolutely love it if you could create a video on Kurmasana and Supta Kurmasana, especially showing how to gently prepare the body and work towards the poses step by step. These asanas feel so deep and beautiful, and your way of explaining and guiding always brings so much clarity, warmth, and inspiration.

It would mean a lot to receive your insight on how to approach them with both patience and love. Thank you for everything you share, your videos truly make a difference. 💛
