A Gentle Pause This Week 🍀

Dear Sweeeet Community,

I’m taking a short pause this week to rest and restore — my body is asking for some tender care, and I want to listen with love.

So, there will be no class this week as I focus on healing and slowing down.

I so appreciate your understanding and the space to tend to my own well-being.

I’ll keep you posted as I ease back in — and I’m looking forward to being with you again soon, with renewed energy and heart.

With love,

Meghan 💛

🌸 Half-Year Check-In: A Pause to Reflect & Root

Can you believe it? We’ve already traveled six full months together through A Vow to Bloom—a living, breathing journey of softening, expressing, creating, and becoming. ✨

Since December, we’ve been tending to our inner garden one month at a time—through stillness and spark, tenderness and truth, playfulness and presence. We’ve sat with our shadows, opened to joy, rooted into ritual, and listened deeply to what wants to emerge from within.

This is a beautiful moment to pause. To look back. To take a breath and gently ask:
What’s changed in me? What’s blooming now? And what has held me through it all?

Whether your journey has been quiet or full of breakthroughs, steady or spiraling—every part of it belongs. 🌙

Let this check-in be a soft invitation to honor your unfolding and reflect on the subtle, powerful shifts that have been taking root within you. We'd love to hear your answers in the poll below!!

With love and appreciation,
Meghan and Team🦄

Over the past few years my practice has transformed in many ways. I have a daily practice that I am committed to everyday with movement, pranayama, mantra, and meditation. It's only 10 minutes so I can fit it in everyday.

More recently I have been practicing Muay Thai and bringing aspects of mindfulness and breath into the practices - allowing myself grace and compassion for the things I'm learning. Because I'm doing high intensity training, I'm utilizing some of the less intense practices on the platform to balance it all out. I appreciate the slow and stretchy movements and would love to have more! I'm committed to slowing down a few times a week.

Hi, Meghan and Community!! I hope you're all doing well!! It's been a while since I try to keep my core contracted while doing the different postures. Sometimes I remember it, sometimes I don't. Lately, I've decided to let it go, and be more connected with everything that arises from within. But I also know that core is a key for ourselves as our center, and that it also can keep lots of memories and emotions stuck. So I'd like to know if it should be contracted throughout the whole practice, and if you can suggest me some exercises that can help me with this issue. Thank you so much for this great space for sharing and growing all together!! Lots of love 💜🦋🙏

So maybe that pressure we put on ourselves isn’t the fuel—it’s the fire that burns us out.
Maybe the real work is learning how to be in the process without trying to control the outcome. To let ourselves be quirky. Inconsistent. Offbeat. Human. "

I love Meghan's words, this is and was so healing for me to read and will become my go to reminder everytime I'm putting pressure on myself instead of honoring my growth, that is the most important thing ❤️ Thank you Meghan as always for reminding us to trust our own authenticity!!

A Little Update on Meghan 💛

Hi sweet community,

I wanted to share a quick update with you all — Meghan is still resting and hasn’t been able to record new classes for the online studio just yet. She's taking the time she truly needs to care for her body and energy, and we're continuing to support her in that gentle process.

There’s no set return date at the moment, but we’ll keep you in the loop as soon as she's feeling ready to create and share again.

In the meantime, there are still many beautiful ways to stay inspired inside the studio:
🌱 Vow to Bloom – May is unfolding this month with the theme Rooted Grace & Grounded Magic. It’s a beautiful path to explore balance, presence, and grounded connection.
💛 You can also visit the Move from Love 5-day workshop — it’s full of soulful movement and heart medicine.

And for those of you already in Vow to Bloom - May, how’s the journey feeling so far? We’d love to hear your reflections below. 💬

Thanks for being here, for your understanding, and for continuing to meet Meghan with so much tenderness and care.

With love,
Meghan and Team🦄

Just a general comment: I've been practising on Meghan's site every day for over three years now, which means that I've done a certain number of classes! often according to my needs or the mood of the day!... but now, thanks to these monthly suggestions, I understand even better the coherence, the intimate link that links each of these practices to each other, the progressions, the infinite variations that allow us to progress, evolve and change in a coherent way. Thank you for these suggestions, for sorting through the extraordinary number of classes. What a great piece of work, and you may be really proud of the quality of these videos and the richness and variety of the training. With love
