I have a yoga practice request that if it inspires you, I hope for a practice that moves tension out of the body with a vinyasa flow, and maybe even incorporating the lions breath. Meghan ! I'd love a flow in which there's more in depth analysis and insights related to the hips, how they work, in particular flexion and abduction at the hip joint. Doesn't necessarily have to be a restorative practive, can be with flow, but I just feel like it could be interesting to dive a bit more into this super complex and interesting foundation - our hips !
