The straight-legged step forward and back seems impossible, but I have so much fun working on it ;) Loved this practice!

Soooo good! Even on busy days, I try to give myself at least some time to tune in and dedicate time to my practice. When you asked the question at the end what the body wants to do next, I thought of cutting veggies for dinnner 😅 Cutting veggies has become some form of relaxation for me, which would definitely give me more pleasure than replying to emails right now ;)

Perfect 30-min-practice! The hip flexor work in the step forward and back and the pistol squats was harder for me than the core work ;) I need to/want to incorporate this more into my practice again... My we can have a hip flexor strengthening class :) Lots of love from Berlin!

This was so nice. We have beautiful fall weather in Berlin, I have a couple of hours to myself, and I really approached this practice as a gift to myself. To just be, feel, enjoy. The flow was great, many sensations, plus I learned something new - to also hook the thigh on the elbow ;) Worked very well!

I did some shoulder work before this class, so it was extra tough ;) I love the 'pick up a foot' work. With blocks, and a rather small distance between the feet, it works...

Dear Meghan, given that this channel exists, I also want to comment with a content desire :) I loooove half moon - in all its variations (chapasana, revolved,...) and I would so much love a class from you that revolves around all the half-moons... Much love from berlin!

Such a treat 🧡I felt tired today, but I really wanted to do the class and it was beautiful. I enjoy backbends, even though they do not necessarily come easy to me. What I am feeling more and more is that I am more able to send the sensation to 'the' right parts of the spine. And I also looove the thoracic massage with the block ;)

Sooo good, particularly after a long train ride through Germany... The best part of this (and other) practice(s) is that I discover so many movements that feel so great in my body and that I integrate into my day - like a few spinal undulations, some side body stretches etc.
