Haha - I feel you! My Savasana quickly turned into consoling a crying 4-yr-old who had peed in her pants after waking up from a short afternoon nap 😅

I had my eyes closed for the most part of this practice - it all felt soooo good. Opening the side body has been so beneficial for me, I love it. Great offering - as always 🧡

Another class that I have been wanting to do for a long time. I mostly had to think of the strength that comes with being a mother; my 'mantra' for the practcice was 'strong, but gentle' - that's what I am aspiring to. Anyway, great practice, strong, but calming and grounding.

Awww, this was such an awesome moving, cleansing meditation. Exactly what I needed today and helping to become more clear about what I have to let go off.

Lots of love to Meghan! I think that reflecting on what our bodies and minds need/tell us has been a very important part of the Vow to Bloom journey, so I hope Meghan takes all the rest she needs - and of course that she will be better soon!

Fantastic practice! Definitely hard - seems like I am carrying a lot of tension in the sides of lower back - opening up feels hard, but so rewarding!

Oh, I looove this final question! Will keep it in mind for reflection over the neyt days.

Great practice - definitely a little bit of discomfort, but in a good way; exploring things. It was very easy to let go off the idea of standing splits, they are sooo hard 😅

This class has been on my list for a while, finally did it and (of course) I loved it! I so much love the side body opening coupled with heart opening, which I always find in Meghan's classes. Thanks so much!

First movement practice in almost 1,5 weeks. I was down with the flu (as were my partner and two kids), so it definitely felt like a time of contraction, of standing still. Finally feeling better and mindfully starting to move again is such a gift. Extra grateful today for my ability and capacity to move, as it brings me so much joy. And to you for providing us with beautiful flows :)

This morning, my intention was to go to the gym in the afternoon for a strength session. During the day I realized that that would not serve me well and I would much rather have a 'feeling it all' practice with/from Meghan :) I am so happy I listened to my body/mind - I loved the class and the energy! Spring cleaning, yay! ;)
