day 5 ... breathflow I'm not sure if I tire myself with excitement or the movement I did wake up this morning for yum. and was thinking hmmm keep the breath flow for the afternoon I love me the breath flow practice and the spaces it makes. walked home and was hit by a wave of worn out, so the breath flow washed through me feeling more effort and surrender as my breath climbed up into my wild thing making different feels than I expected. I just love love love all this I really do. so wish id be there in the fall with you all but one day I will of this i'm sure. drop everything I certainly will tonight before bed lots of love
