I loved the pace of this class. Although some days I love a good class with cues, I would also like to do more like this. Any recommendations of classes like this one with a bit less cuing and more movement? Thanks

This was a lovely creative practice!
I notice that sometimes when I do faster paced asana, my thoughts are all over the place, although the practices feel good in my body, my mind is definitely not moving towards stillness. Does Meghan have any asana classes that are strengthening, but also incorporate pranayama with retentions? Thanks!
