This was a lovely creative practice!
I notice that sometimes when I do faster paced asana, my thoughts are all over the place, although the practices feel good in my body, my mind is definitely not moving towards stillness. Does Meghan have any asana classes that are strengthening, but also incorporate pranayama with retentions?Β Thanks!
