After the side body bliss pt 2 I decided to continue on another blissful ride ... sun kissing my face and I was feeling this powerful smile energy like a child, feeling the energy in my chest and stomach and then glittering all over my body. Such a sweet one, again, really getting into meditation for the 1st time on a routine. Thank youuu ❤️

Uau .. this practice ... what can I say ... was just perfect. Perfect for me in terms of timing, of breath, of the sound of your voice, of the sequence, everything felt tuned in just like a band that comes together and does an amazing jam. This one became another one of my favorites also because truly felt like I was doing a live class with you, although I never did ! which must be such an incredible experience, I'm sure ! But also coz you provided sooo much good information along with key queues. But the information you provided, really were crucial and enhanced so much this practice for me, was a truly teaching class for myself. Thank you, I will be doing this program soon. It was actually surprising somehow to me, surprising in the sense that I really didn't know where this practice would be taking me with the title. I got really connected to the sides of my body and overall, was amazing, what a ride !!!! ❤️

This is such an amazing practice, so many layers to peel. Will commit to practice once a week as I think it's always so important to do this check in and as sometimes we're not always aware of all the resistances we can accumulate over time, they can be sneaky as they can be " part of us ", hopefully only at a short stay. Loved this class, such a good one to come back to, to balance, to find the center and stretch this feeling onto life itself. It's truly grounding and feels so good to find the center, it is within us all the time. But finding it consciously by practicing like today, is such an amazing reminder and great way to honour it. Thank you Meghan once again, so needed for today and lately. Big hug 🧡

Meghan, thank you always for all the amazing support you share. I just wanted to let you know that your newsletter that you shared today " Aligning Reflection " was just such a healing and so much needed words I needed to read and embrace, as this week / month has and is still feeling so intense, so many transformations that I can't keep up and comprehend yet, so many deep emotions like wild dogs barking non-stop. So actually tuning into some of the practices you proposed for this month of December, specially the breathing, meditation practices, have been such an important tool for myself to stop and observe as the emotional noises feels like slowly conquers myself at times. So thank you again, can't wait for whats to come.

Btw, this video is lagging .. like choppy waves .. not sure if it's happening only to me. But my internet is working ..

Meghan loving these meditations, somehow this month of December has been energetically intense, so this meditations and breathing practices have helped me a lot to ground, to calm and connect. I've never been so much into sitting and observing, but I've been truly enjoying this more than ever and acknowledge the immense power it gives.

Funny that has been asked before this question here, but I also wanted to ask if it's possible to have an offline version of the studio ? Would be a amazing. Thank you ❤️
