Hey Meghan and Olga ! :)

Lately I've been very much into core work - the heat after some challenging core work feels so soothing and rewarding.

When I practiced on Alo years ago, Meghan had a flow that featured many boat holds - I think it was in the "honey" series! Plus, i remember a short yummy practice with eagle crunches (I believe it was the "crow as you go" class) 

I would love love love a class with many boats and eagle crunches! 

Could we possibly have a series of classes targeting the 7 chakras?

Dear Olga, I hope you had great year so far. I wanted to ask for a tutorial or drill for the move from plow to down dog.  Sending everyone in team a big hug and huge thanks for the platform😍. 

Just a quick note, the flow added to youtube is so beautiful, I'd love to see it in a practice next time, why not?

Would you consider creating a prenatal program? I would love to see more pregnancy friendly classes on here :)
